Law Enforcement Appreciation Program
The Billy Graham National Law Enforcement Ministry supports officers by providing them with opportunities to grow in their faith, careers, and marriages.
We want to support you and your family
At our Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreats, officers can participate individually or with their spouse in a safe, peaceful setting. Understanding that there are unique pressures that law enforcement officers and their families face every day, participants will hear from senior officers, as well as other leaders, who will encourage them through God’s Word. Participants will have time to fellowship with other officers facing similar life challenges.
Thanks to the generosity of faithful ministry partners of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association, these retreats are free for all first-time guests. For returning couples, the cost is $150, and for single returning participants, there is a $100 charge.

Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreat 2024
“I just want to encourage you while you are here to relax,” Stephen Parker, a detective with the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Department in Charlotte, North Carolina, said as he spoke at a Law Enforcement Appreciation Retreat (LEAR) in Indian Wells, California, in 2024. In a safe, peaceful setting, officers attending LEAR benefit from conversations with fellow officers facing similar life challenges, and hear from leaders who will encourage them through God’s Word.
