Law Enforcement Appreciation Dinners

Thanking Those who Serve and Protect

Thank you for your brave and selfless service to our communities as a law enforcement officer. Despite the many negative things you may have heard recently, there’s one important message you need to hear: We appreciate you!

You, your spouse or a guest, and your fellow sworn officers are invited to a dinner hosted in your honor. Come relax in a safe setting and enjoy a wonderful meal, an uplifting message, and encouraging practical wisdom from God’s Word, live music, and fellowship. This special time is our gift to you, and there is no charge.

We currently do not have any upcoming dinners.

FAQ's

  • What will the schedule look like?

    3:00 p.m. – Registration Starts
    6:00 p.m. – Dinner Buffet
    7:15 p.m. – Music & Speaker

  • What should I do if I’m running late?

If you arrive late (after 6:15 p.m.), please stop by the registration table, and one of our BGEA staff members will assist you in finding an open table. We will do our best to accommodate any late arrivals with a meal as long as the kitchen still has hot plates available when you arrive.

  • What is the dress code?

Casual dress! Some people will wear slacks and a collared shirt and some will wear jeans. Please dress casually, and enjoy the encouraging evening with your spouse.

  • What if I have special dietary needs?

If you or your spouse have serious dietary needs (food allergies, gluten intolerance, etc.), please email us at [email protected] so we can pass on your information to the hotel chef for a special meal. Note: Keep in mind that if you share a dietary need with our office to pass on to the chef, you must still make your table captain, waitress or waiter aware at mealtime. They will need to know where you are located to best accommodate you. They will not otherwise know where you are seated.

  • I have other questions.

For any questions concerning the dinner, registration process, or you need further assistance please call the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association – Rapid Response Team, toll-free 800.335.1337, Monday–Friday, 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). You may also email our office in Charlotte, N.C., at [email protected] for assistance.
